Anthony Malouf graduated in Law from Sydney University and after spending a number of years in a mid-size commercial legal practice, joined the highly regarded legal Firm of Walker and Raphael practising extensively in areas of Commercial Law, Tax, Franchise, Property and Family Law.
In 1982 Anthony Malouf opened the Firm: Anthony Malouf and Company, which now operates under the current firm name of Malouf Solicitors.
Anthony Malouf is the Chief Executive Officer of Malouf Solicitors and while still undertaking a very considerable amount of the more complex matters in various areas of a litigious nature, he supervises more particularly:-
1. The delegation of work through Departments of the firm;
2. The operation and management of each Department Team;
3. The review of material from each Department;
4. The selection and placement of Senior Legal Staff;
to ensure continued excellence of legal services, value for money in legal services and dynamic growth of the legal practice.
Anthony Malouf was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1977 and has practiced continuously in that role since then and since 1982 as Principal of the Firm. Anthony also sits on various Company Boards and is consulted in a wide range of matters by individuals and corporations locally, interstate and from overseas. Anthony has a particular interest in Family Law, Commercial Law and Property Law.
