ACCREDITED SPECIALIST FAMILY LAW
Damien McKay graduated from Macquarie University in 1986, with degrees in Arts and Law. After working as a Family Law Clerk in the Local Court Administration, Damien entered private practice as a solicitor in 1987 and by 1990 he was managing his own legal practice, specialising in Family Law.
Damien left his own practice in country New South Wales to further his career and specialty as a Family Lawyer in Sydney. Damien is a Law Society Family Law Accredited Specialist and is able to draw upon his wide experience in such diverse areas as Criminal Law, Property Law, Conveyancing and Estates and General Litigation in providing to his clients a comprehensive legal service. He believes in plain legal language and delivers to our clients sound advice, but with care and compassion.
To assist in obtaining the best possible outcome for his clients, Damien is able to call upon a network of other professionals including accountants, valuers, counsellors and psychologists as may be required.
Damien is married with four children. His interests outside of the office include a passion for music and Australian History. Damien has served on the board of a major New South Wales historical museum and on other boards and committees.
