COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR
Mike was admitted as a Legal Practitioner in February 2002 after graduation from the University of Technology, Sydney. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Psychology) from Charles Sturt University.
Mike joined Malouf Solicitors in 2007, after working in a City Law Firm specialising in Commercial and Tax Dispute litigation since 2004, and having previously worked for the Australian Taxation Office, his work focuses on commercial and tax dispute litigation including insolvency, insurance, commercial, banking, and general commercial claims.
He also defends and prosecutes all types of recovery actions commenced by the ATO. Mike has a wealth of commercial, recovery and advocacy experience in the Local Court, District Court and Supreme Court jurisdictions as well as experience in the Federal Court and High Court.
